did the May 15 disbursement of weed killer actually happen and if so, are those notices still required on the lots please let us know

This is my 2nd request for information on why the bubblers are not working on the canal off the second (low) bridge on Chevron. I have also heard they are not functioning on the Imperial canal and at the pump area off of Craven. A response would be appreciated. thank-you, Alan Kennedy
