John St. Note that the address and location has changed to the newly renovated Township Offices.

Hello members this is a reminder that we will have our regularly scheduled 3rd Wednesday of the month board meeting tomorrow this Wednesday 10/19/22 at 7:30 pm at the Highland Twp Senior Activity Center, 153 N Milford Rd, Highland. Also this is our yearly election meeting. The DLPOA is always looking for membership and there are still many trustee positions that are open and need filled. Grab your neighbors and please join us!

Does anyone know why the augmentation pump, on Harvey Lake Road, is running now, when the lake level is high ? I noticed this while walking by this past Thursday ( Sept 22 ). General practice has been to draw the lake down a bit prior to winter.

The county controls that. We do not. Usually they run it once and a while to keep it running well.

Does anyone have any information about the dredging project that is going on in the bay north of Imperial Drive (wetlands area)?

The person responsible for causing the damage to the area has now been forced to repair the damage.

A person who lives on White Lake road used an old boat to blow the soil and muck away from his property but at the same time damaged the wetlands and blocked in the others on that road. EGLE is making him repair the damage.
